Stimulus Funds - EPA Leaking Underground Storage Tank Trust Funds
The Ground Water Quality Program has identified the following Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) sites in South Dakota to evaluate for risk and clean up using EPA's Leaking Underground Storage Tank money funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, also known as the Stimulus Bill or Recovery Act.
The dollar amounts listed are approved work plan estimates. Actual dollars spent on a site will vary and are dependent on factors, such as: soil type, depth to ground water, type of contaminant, and other risk factors. As additional sites are approved they will be added to the list.
