All sludge and product must be

removed prior to transport of the

tank to a scrap metal salvage site.

Tanks must be vapor free to

eliminate the threat of explosion

during processing.

At a minimum, "view holes" approximately 18 inches

by 18 inches must be cut or punched into each tank.
