Surface Water Discharge Team Staff
The Surface Water Discharge Permitting (SWD) group is responsible for issuing discharge permits for municipal, industrial, and storm water discharge, conducting inspections, and reviewing plans and specifications. They are also responsible for handling public relations within their group.
