ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAM
FOR
CONCENTRATED ANIMAL FEEDING OPERATIONS
(CAFO's)
South Dakota State University specialists occasionally host an environmental training session for operators of Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations.
Specialists from South Dakota State University, along with scientists and experts from the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Natural Resources Conservation Service are present to deliver educational presentations.
The current environmental training schedule is as follows:

July 11, 2012
November 7, 2012 (tentative)
The sessions will be held at the Huron Event Center, 100 4th St. SW, Huron, SD (Crossroads Hotel). The session begins at 8:30 and concludes at 4:30. It will break for one hour at noon. Lunch will be provided. Those attending should arrive early to be registered.
