Spring Smoke School
Updated April 22, 2013: Spring Smoke School is still scheduled for April 23-24, 2013. Due to the weather you may come on either Tueday or Wednesday even if you had registered for a particular day.
The South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources will offer visible emission evaluation certification (smoke school) April 23-24, 2013, in Pierre, SD.
In an effort to even out the crowd, you may want to consider attending the field certification after the first run. Smoke school certification must be repeated every 6 months. The field certification will be held at the National Guard Armory located at 3400 E. Highway 34, Pierre, SD. Each registrant need only pass a single run to become certified. This training class will be offered free of charge.
