Small Business Assistance Program
South Dakota's Small Business Compliance Advisory Panel is a seven-member board appointed by the Governor, Secretary (DENR), the SD House of Representatives and the SD Senate. The board was established to represent the small business community and to provide input to the Small Business Assistance Program.
